Protecting the Privacy of Children Online
We do not knowingly collect or use personal information from children under 13 without receiving verifiable consent from their parents. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send us personal information; we will only use the information to seek parental consent or provide parental notice.   • BankFinancial's Affiliates are Financial Assurance Services, Inc., BankFinancial Asset Recovery Corporation and BankFinancial Corporation.
Non‑Affiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.
  • BankFinancial does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • Our joint marketing partners include First Data Corporation and Elan Financial Services.
