I lost my ATM/debit card? How do I report it?  back to top
Reporting your BankFinancial ATM or Debit Card lost or stolen is easy by following one of the four steps below:

1. Online:
  • Login to Online Banking and click on "Cancel Cards Request"
  • Select the card you would like to cancel and follow the prompts
  • Select why you want to cancel your card. You may select the box to order a new card
2. Call the Customer Service Center:
During regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 3pm CST), call 1.800.894.6900 to speak to a representative.
 
3. By phone, when the Customer Service Center is closed:
  • Call Bank-by-Phone at 1.800.244.2265
  • Select "6" for "ATM or Debit Card Activation or Deactivation"
  • Select "1" for "ATM or Debit Card Deactivation"
  • You will then need to call the Customer Service Center at 1.800.894.6900 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 3pm CST) and speak to a representative to order a new card
4. By phone, 24/7, Elan Customer Service Center:
Call 1.800.264.5578
NOTE: You will then need to call the Customer Service Center at 1.800.894.6900 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 3pm CST) and speak to a representative to order a new replacement card.

 
 
What do I do if my BankFinancial Visa credit card was lost or stolen?  back to top

Reporting a lost or stolen card is simple.

During regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm and Saturday, 8am - 3pm CST), call 1.800.894.6900 to speak to a representative.

After regular business hours:

  • Cardholders in the U.S. and Canada can call Visa Global Customer Care Services at 1.800.847.2911.
  • Outside U.S. and Canada, cardholders can call collect using local operator 1.303.967.1096, or alternatively call your local toll-free number.
  • For the hearing impaired, please call 1.800.TDD.1213 in the U.S. or Canada or 1.305.278.4285 or 1.512.865.2002 in all other countries.
