BankFinancial continues to monitor this situation to review the most current guidance from the CDC and state and local authorities to plan adjustments as needed. We remain committed to ensuring the continuity of service to our customers in a safe environment, and are taking precautionary measures to provide a safe and stress-free banking experience, including:
- Extra daily branch /office cleaning, especially on high-contact surfaces, such as, doors, desks, and counters
- Fewer open teller lines and social distancing floor markers.
- Limited branch capacity. Please note, there may be a line outside on high volume days.
- BankFinancial staff will be wearing a mask. Customers are encouraged to wear a mask, but hats and sunglasses must be removed before entering the branch.
- Enhanced identification procedures. We ask that you bring a valid government photo ID.
