Spectrum Select for Business requires a minimum average balance of $10,000 in related checking, savings and money market accounts. A $20 monthly fee will be charged to the Business Checking account if this balance is not maintained. CD rates are available for new money. To earn CD rates on existing funds, a Spectrum Select relationship is required.

Spectrum Select Business Money Market is a variable rate account. The rate may change after the account is opened. Spectrum Select Business Money Market requires a Business Checking account. A $20 monthly fee will be charged to the Spectrum Select Business Money Market account if this balance is not maintained.

Certificates of Deposit may be subject to a penalty for early withdrawal.

**Maximum opening deposit on Spectrum Express CDs is $250,000 for individual accounts and $500,000 for joint accounts.
