To use Online Business Bill Pay, you must be a current Online Business Banking user. To sign up for Online Business Banking, fill out the application. Now you can access your BankFinancial Business account statements safely and securely from a computer, with FREE Online Business Statements. Online Business Statements contain the same account information as paper statements, but you can view them online.

To sign up for Online Business Statements, log in to Online Business Banking and click on the Online Services link at the top of the page. Read the agreement and select "Accept". You will be able to view your Online Business Statements starting the next statement date.

Lockbox Services
Lockbox Services simplifies check collection and processing for BankFinancial Commercial Customers. When you set up a Lockbox account, all of your Customers will mail their payments directly to BankFinancial, where they will be posted daily.
BankFinancial offers you a choice of reporting formats for daily Lockbox entries:
- A standardized report of payment activity that can be e-mailed, faxed or sent by courier, U.S. mail or Airborne Express to your business
- A report customized to your specifications that can be e-mailed, faxed or sent by courier, U.S. mail or Airborne Express to your business
- A customized report e-mailed to you in a format you can import into your accounting system
In addition, you may choose either to have BankFinancial hold your invoices/coupons for up to one year or have them returned to you.

Tenant Lockbox Services
Collect rent faster and more efficiently. With a Tenant Lockbox, tenants of residential or commercial property can send their lease or rent payments directly to the Bank through a local post office box that we hold in your name. We will collect and process the checks daily and then apply the money collected to your BankFinancial commercial account. You'll have the funds on deposit longer, and you'll have one less administrative task to do.
Business Auto Sweep
Our Business Auto Sweep account allows you to maximize the balance in your Analyzed Business Checking Account. Every evening, we will transfer funds above a target balance that you set into an interest earning account. The principal plus overnight interest is transferred back into your Analyzed Business Checking account the next business day. Since funds in the sweep account are used to purchase a portion of a security pledged as collateral by the Bank, this account provides the ability to collateralize your deposits that exceed $100,000.
Automated Federal Tax Payment Processing
Schedule your federal tax payments to be paid electronically. We will automatically deduct the funds from your BankFinancial business checking account and make the requested electronic payments. You'll be able to review the completed transaction the same day the payment is made.
